About the role: We are seeking a Kitting Lead that will report directly to our Production Supervisor.

The role is on-site in our Burbank, CA facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works with Production Supervisor to determine which Work Orders are to be processed
• Determines which employees are best for each job function
• Checks every step of the production process to assure the highest quality product possible
• Assures that all employees are working in a safe manner
• Assures all employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
• Reports any safety issues, GMP violations, quality and process issues to Supervisor
• Reports any personnel issues to Production Supervisor
• Close work orders
• Checks work orders before turning in to close
• Prints labels for finish work orders
• Will perform any duty given to them by their manager or Director of Manufacturing Operations

Education and Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word
• Basic Math Skills
• Computer Skills
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment
• Forklift Operations Certification

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
